Thoughts on my time at Suncoast Technical College:
Between 2014 and 2016, I had the opportunity to dual-enroll and spend my afternoons studying Digital Design at Suncoast Technical College. This experience was especially meaningful because it allowed me to focus on developing skills in something I was genuinely passionate about and knew I wanted to pursue as a career: graphic design.
What made the program truly exceptional was its real-world approach. My classmates and I worked on real briefs, followed strict timelines, and produced professional-quality deliverables, gaining hands-on experience that’s difficult to replicate outside of an actual workplace. This immersive environment not only strengthened my technical abilities but also prepared me for the next step in my journey, continuing my education at Ringling College of Art + Design and ultimately entering the professional workforce.
