Graduate of 2022
Bio: After graduating from the digital design program, I went on to work with a local Sarasota artist for a while. We would brainstorm ideas for her paintings and other work. I helped maintain her social media, and I created a book of her collection of works for her clients. She then introduced me to the job that I currently have now in retail.
Thoughts on my time at Suncoast Technical College: I greatly enjoyed my time in the digital design program. Ms. Keller, is very knowledgeable in her field and is an excellent resource. Not only did I get to learn more about digital design, but I met and made some great friends and connections too.
I am currently working in retail as a sales lead. Which may not inherently be related to digital design, but I do use the things I learned from digital design very frequently. I use color theory everyday to help put outfits together for clients and myself. Sometimes the store requires additional signage which I am able to create because of my knowledge from digital design. I have also made promotional videos for our store that gets sent out to our customers.
